new specimens

I picked up some new mineral specimens today from a rock shop in the Annex. Most of the ones in the front compartment are from this purchase. I needed a new specimen for the last painting I'm doing for the upcoming group exhibition at Narwhal Art Projects that I'll be participating in. And I stocked up on a few more for future pieces. It's pretty exciting to have a practical excuse to buy pretty rocks.
